Captain Harlan's Treacherous Treasury

Captain Harlan's Treacherous Treasury is a one-page tabletop RPG created as a submission for the One-Page RPG Jam 2022, where the theme was "Exploration".

What's the story?

You're a pirate and you're also cursed! Want to end the curse? Ignore it and seek treasure? Find the wonders and horrors of the world? Well, the Treacherous Treasury has got you covered!

A mysterious treasury left behind by the legendary Captain Harlan, it contains all kind of riches, artifacts, monstrosities and some say... the cure for a curse. 

Hop from island to island in search of parts of a map that lead to this trove of wonder! But be careful, you're not alone in the Boundless Ocean.

What do I need to play?

Other than pen and paper, the game uses different types of dice such as the d4, d6 and d8.  You also need a Game Master to be a referee and move the game forward! A party of 3-4 players is recommended.

Gameplay Features

Traits: Customize your pirate's strengths!

Curses: Your pirate is cursed! Each curse is unique and changes the way you play, feel free to add more if you don't like the current selection!

Items: Further improve your abilities and obtain strange abilities from magical loot! Create impressive and interesting items for a unique playing experience! 

Islands: Explore each island and fight some baddies! You can add more options to the generators to make them more interesting!
